Bonsai pots come in a variety of shapes and styles.. Different styles are used for different types of
bonsai presentation.
Bonsai pots with straight sides are most often used for formal plants while oval and round
bonsai pots are used with
bonsai plants the are more informally shaped.
If you have an evergreen
bonsai plant, it should be in an unglazed
bonsai pot. A glazed
bonsai pot would be used for a deciduous
bonsai plant. Always make sure that the color of the
bonsai pot compliments the
bonsai plant.
